Export to device > Customize info, uncheck everything. Then, under 'Connections', check only 'Followers and Following' and click Save

Under 'Date range', set it to 'All time' and then Save > Select 'Format', change to JSON and Save

Click 'Request export', check your email to see if the export is ready. Once confirmed, repeat the first step and download the .zip file

With the .zip file, drag and drop it into the 'Drag .zip here' box, or click 'Choose .zip'
